This booklet is the catalogue of the exhibition Genuine Colors & Images. All Sorts of Flowers Are in Bloom: 2nd Retrospective Photography Exhibition of Wu Yinxian （2010.11.06 - 2010.12.25）, and concentrated on Wu Yinxian’s flowers series.

As an outstanding photographer, filmmaker and educator in China, Mr. Wu Yinxian (1900-1994) was very influential in the history of photography in China. As the second exhibition in the exhibition plan (four exhibitions to show Wu Yinxian’s representative works from the 1980s to the 1920s), this exhibition showcased photography works made by Wu Yinxian during 1950s and 1960s, which reflect the social life, labor and industry at that time. eight series including Wu Yinxian’s flowers, portraits, industrial and social themes. All exhibit works were hand-made by Wu Yinxian using Gelatin silver prints.
